The UK Men’s Baketball Team suffered their first loss of the season, a (70-66) loss to the Clemson Tigers in the SEC/ACC Challenge. Kentucky did not shoot well from the 3-point line and had a tough time with the Clemson defense. Kentucky was led in scoring by Otega Oweh with 17 points, Lamont Butler with 16 and Jaxon Robinson put in 12. Amari Williams had 9 points and 11 rebounds. UK fall’s to 7-1 on the season.
The Cats will continue on the Road, as they face #7 Gonzaga this Saturday night in the “Battle in Seattle”. Tip-off is set for 10 PM with Pre-game beginning at 8:30 PM on 98.9 FM WSIP and wsipfm.com.
