The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two people in connection with drug charges and wanton endangerment involving children.
Deputies were called to the home of Kristina Blankenship to check on her children.
Upon arrival, they found 21-year-old Dustin Hoover allegedly smoking marijuana on the porch.
Inside the home, which belonged to Hoover, deputies found drugs and paraphernalia with the children’s toys.
