A tow truck driver is dead after being struck by a vehicle while working on I-64.
The incident happened in Bath County Wednesday afternoon while the tow truck driver was retrieving a car from the side of the road.
Troy Caldwell of Morehead died from his injuries.
The incident is being investigated.
