Polcie in Prestonsburg arrested three teenagers after a traffic stop this past Saturday.
An officer saw the F150 pickup speeding on KY 114 near the Middle Creek National Battlefield and later caught up with it near Mountain Arts Center traveling 101 miles per hour.
The officer continued pursuing, but the driver attempted to pull in behind a business to hide.
Eventually, the truck was found and the driver was identified as 19 year old James Landon Sullivan, of Hazard.
Officers said Sullivan admitted that he had been drinking alcohol.
He later blew a .166 on the breathalyzer.
Two other unnamed underage teens in the truck were also arrested.
