The defendants in the Amber Spradlin murder case are scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on Thursday.
M.K. McKinney has been charged with her murder while his father Dr. Michael McKinney and a family friend are facing charges of evidence tampering.
The hearing will hear several motions filed by M.K. McKinney’s attorney.
