The Pikeville police are investigating two separate incidents where a male approached a female from behind and slapped her on her behind before running away.
Both incidents were near the UPIKE campus.
The Pikeville Police Department has been working with UPIKE public safety throughout the investigation and is asking for the public’s help to identify the person they believe to be responsible.
