Pikeville Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Armed Drug Trafficking Charges

Joshua “Fudge” Habern, of Pikeville, has pleaded guilty to federal charges involving armed drug trafficking in Floyd County.

In his plea agreement, Habern admitted to having 133 grams of meth, along with three rifles, seven pistols, and a shotgun when police raided his bedroom last June.

He further admitted to having 45 grams of fentanyl in his possession when police arrested him.

Habern will be sentenced on May 16 in Lexington.
