Pikeville Police arrested a man Thursday on a child sexual abuse material charge.
Officers say 29-year-old Terry Weston Rogers possessed a phone containing more than one thousand images depicting a sexual performance by a child under 12.
Rogers is charged with one count of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and was taken to the Pike County Detention Center.
Police say he was also arrested in a separate sexual abuse case in the Pikeville parking garage last year.
