Pike County resident Crystal Compton was sentenced to more than eight years in prison on Thursday.
A co-conspirator, Kayla Lambert, was sentenced to 60 months in prison.
The two were convicted in September of conspiracy to unlawfully distribute controlled substances and conspiracy to use another person’s DEA registration.
Compton was also convicted of 15 counts of distributing controlled substances including oxycodone, hydrocodone, methadone, and others without a legitimate medical need.
