A federal court has indicted Ronald Ferguson for posting a video on social media threatening to kill Pike County Judge-Executive Ray S. Jones, II.
The indictment alleges Ferguson posted the video to Facebook on February 27th.
There is a warrant for Ferguson’s arrest.
