A Pike County man, already under indictment for a stabbing his uncle, was arrested again and charged with trespassing and animal cruelty after a man told police that Cody Wright had shot his dog.
The property owner said he had recently trespassed Wright from the property and on the day of the shooting, he was working when the dog stated barking.
The man accused Wright of pointing a gun and shooting the animal in the face.
