A court date has been set for February 21 for William Stapleton and Phillip Parsons.
The two were arrested February 2nd during a traffic stop by Paintsville Police who stopped the vehicle for suspected DUI.
During a search of the vehicle, police found two bags of meth and other drugs.
Parsons also faces several traffic violations.
