A Floyd County sheriff’s deputy saw a pickup truck with duct tape over the taillight and pulled the truck over.
The deputy recognized the driver as 69-year-old Terry Qualls who was a suspected drug trafficker.
A K-9 officer alerted to the front bumper where a bag of meth was found, and Qualls was arrested.
