Pikeville police have arrested 19-year-old Jonny Slone and charged him with two counts of auto theft.
Police were investigating an auto theft when they were told of another theft and that U-Pike Public Safety had received several reports over the weekend of cars being broken into on the University of Pikeville campus.
The owner of one of the stolen cars provided security photos of his car being stolen.
The person in the pictures was identified as Slone who is now charged with trespassing and auto theft.
