A man who said he had been drinking has been arrested in Magoffin County for allegedly setting a building on fire.
Austin Nipper was arrested after deputies were called to investigate a man walking in the road with his pants down.
When the police found him, they smelled alcohol on him.
Nipper then told the officer that he had been drinking because he is an alcoholic and that he had set a building on fire.
Nipper was arrested and taken to jail for third-degree arson and drinking alcohol in public.
