The committee that organizes the Jenny Wiley Festival is looking into the possible relocation of the festival from downtown Prestonsburg to Archer Park.
One of the considerations is lack of space to accommodate a carnival since construction of the new Veterans Administration Clinic will be underway.
Another consideration for moving the festival is the new stage at Archer Park would better accommodate musical acts.
No final decision has been made.
