A man who was arrested by Prestonsburg Police and charged with fleeing and hindering prosecution is free after a grand jury cleared him of wrong doing.
Jorden Hall was driving a car that had Kenneth Kyle Greer as a passenger.
Greer was wanted by police after he led them on a chase with speeds in excess of 120 mph.
The grand jury heard a letter from Hall’s attorney who said Hall was driving Greer to the police to turn himself in.
The letter reportedly said police attempted to pull him over, but he was already near the courthouse, so he continued there instead of pulling over immediately.
