A fire at a home on Willow Lane in Prestonsburg was apparently set intentionally.
James Chadrick Burchett told first responders that he had set his home on fire out of anger.
When police tried to detain Burchett, he allegedly tried to run away; but after a short chase, he was detained and taken to the Floyd County Detention Center.
