Starting Wednesday, March 5, 2025, a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center will be open in Paintsville to assist those affected by recent flooding. If you or someone you know needs help applying for FEMA benefits, please visit the center in person.

Auditorium / Building C – Use the back door and park in the rear lot.
FEMA representatives will be available to help residents navigate the application process, answer questions, and provide guidance on available assistance.

Bring identification and any relevant documents related to your damages when applying for assistance.
