The Paintsville/Johnson County Chamber of Commerce presented a check to the Hands and Feet Ministry on Saturday morning during the Joy Fest event.
In a social media post, the Chamber notes that proceeds from the Jingle Bell Rock 5K runs are split with this worthy cause.
The Hands & Feet Ministry assists youth and their families in this area by working with local school resource centers to define and assist in fulfilling urgent needs.
Staffordsville Freewill Baptist Church works together with other local churches, businesses and individuals to keep the ministry running.
