A Johnson County woman, Aimee Lee Petty, 49, is facing multiple charges after she allegedly burglarized Webbs Grocery in Van Lear.
According to the Paintsville Herald, the owner of the business called dispatch saying they were watching a security feed of the incident while it happened.
When deputies arrived at the store, they noticed broken glass on the front and then found Petty who was surrounded by dogs.
Deputies struggled to handcuff Petty who is also facing charges of trying to hit the deputies during the scuffle, kicking one of deputies in the face.
