Local Responders Complete Basic Search and Rescue Training

The Basic Search and Rescue class has successfully concluded at W.R. Castle Fire-Rescue, hosted and conducted by Kentucky Emergency Management.

Local responders from multiple organizations participated in the training, learning vital skills to better serve their communities during emergencies.

Instructors David McGill and Bruce Crouch led the sessions, providing hands-on instruction to strengthen the capabilities of all attendees.

Air Evac Lifeteam 116 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky also provided support and assistance, helping make the event a success.

This training ensures local emergency responders are prepared, skilled, and ready to respond when their communities need them most.
