Paintsville police have arrested 45-year-old Daniel Orem after he was found passed out in his vehicle in the McDonald’s parking lot.
Reports say that Orem had red, glassy eyes and constricted pupils with slow reflexes.
A search of his vehicle found a backpack with a large wooden box with possible meth and marijuana.
