A Breathitt County grand jury has indicted the mother and stepfather of 10-year-old Jayden Spicer.
Josh Gross, 41, was indicted on charges of complicity to commit murder, complicity to falsely report an incident, tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a corpse, and two counts of complicity to witness tampering.
His wife, Felica, faces murder charges, abused of a corpse, falsely reporting an incident, and three counts of evidence tampering.
Visitation for Jayden is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday at the Breathitt Funeral Home, followed by funeral service at 2 p.m.
