At Monday’s Paintsville City Council meeting, Paintsville Mayor Bill Mike Runyon first made note of the downtown Paintsville Christmas Decorations and the lights along Main Street.
The Mayor expressed gratitude toward the Paintsville Beautification Committee.
The council approved minutes of the previous meeting, departmental reports, and payment of bills.
Jim Bryant was on hand to present the annual audit of the city, to which Bryant gave an overall good report.
The council also approved motions to allow Mayor Runyon to sign grant agreements to fund the Paintsville pool project and for sidewalk upgrades in Paintsville.
