Severe Thunderstorms roared through Eastern Kentucky this morning with strong winds an dangerous lightning causing sporadic power outages and damage.
The Paintsville Independent Schools dismissed school at 1:00pm.
WYMT reported Boyd County Emergency Management said wind gusts hit 102 miles per hour at one point.
