Over the weekend we learned of the January 20th arrest of two men… and the rescue of two children… in a Sixth Street apartment in Paintsville.
William Blair and Terry Daniels each face several charges after officers found pills, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and other items in the home.
Police also removed two children from the unit.
